Welcome to the Polo Bears
2017/2018 Season
Registration to play for Polo Bears this season will be a 2 step process set out below.
Step 1. Register and pay insurance to WPQ through the Registration Link below.
Step 2. Pay your team fees by direct deposit to our club. Both steps must be completed before playing. This is compulsory, and your team will receive a forfeit if you play without completing registration fully.
Step 1. Register and Pay Insurance
Your insurance is paid directly to Waterpolo Qld through the link provided below. This part of your fee must be paid online at the end of registering and can be paid via Paypal, Mastercard or Visa. A processing fee is added to credit card payments.
The following fees apply:
Junior Team Players
Registering to play in any BWPI Competition Born 2000 and younger $120.00
Senior Team Players
Registering to play in any BWPI Competition Born 1999 and older $155.00
U12 Non-Competitive
Eg. Flippa Ball, Junior Clinics, Born 2006 and younger $ 30.00
2nd Club Team Player No Cost
The above insurance amounts have been paid as a Primary Club member of another
Club or school. Confirmation Required
You will receive a confirmation email and a receipt for your payment. Please retain these.

Returning Members
Step 1. Go to the Registration Link above
Step 2. Select either
"I would like my username and password"
"I have played in this Club before and have my username and password"
Step 3. Update details as necessary
Step 4. Select appropriate product from the list above and make payment
New Members (never registered with any water polo club before)
Step 1. Go to the Registration Link above
Step 2. Select “I am registering to this club for the first time” and complete details as required
Step 3. Select appropriate product from the list above and make payment
Step 4. Exit and transfer the fees directly into the club account (details below)
If you receive a message that you have a duplicate record – then you must have been registered previously and we will need to request a transfer. Exit and email registrar@polobears.com.au advising name, date of birth and name of previous club.
Step 2. Select “I am registering to this club for the first time” and complete details as required
Step 3. Select appropriate product from the list above and make payment
Step 4. Exit and transfer the fees directly into the club account (details below)

Members Playing for Polo Bears as a Second Club
Step 1. Register as a member with your primrary club
Step 2. Go to the sporting pluse link
Step 3. Select either
"I would like my username and password"
"I have played in this Club before and have my username and password"
Step 4. Update details as necessary - Enter name of your primary club and Polo Bears as your second club
Step 5. Select 2nd Club product - $0.00. Exit and transfer your team fees directly into the club account (Step 2 below)
Transferring to Polo Bears from another Club
Email registrar@polobears.com.au advising name, date of birth and name of previous club
Polo Bears will apply for your transfer and once the transfer has been approved follow the steps for returning members. Do not select “I am registering to this club for the first time”
Junior/Senior Team Players U13-U20 $380.00
Senior Team Players – Women’s Monday Nights Season A&B $135.00
(Does not include pool entry or coach/training)
Step 1. Register as a member with your primrary club
Step 2. Go to the sporting pluse link
Step 3. Select either

"I have played in this Club before and have my username and password"
Step 4. Update details as necessary - Enter name of your primary club and Polo Bears as your second club
Step 5. Select 2nd Club product - $0.00. Exit and transfer your team fees directly into the club account (Step 2 below)
Transferring to Polo Bears from another Club
Email registrar@polobears.com.au advising name, date of birth and name of previous club
Polo Bears will apply for your transfer and once the transfer has been approved follow the steps for returning members. Do not select “I am registering to this club for the first time”
Step 2. Pay Fees to Polo Bears
Your team fee must be paid to Polo Bears club account via Direct Deposit. If you have any queries about the amount you owe for team fees, please contact either registrar@polobears.com.au or treasurer@polobears.com.au
These fees also include the $1300 BWPI fee, payment to coaches if applicable, pool hire for training etc. There is no pool entry charged for any training, or for players on game day. Spectator fees may be charged at some pools on game day. These fees also apply to 2nd Club players.
